  • What is climate control?

    Climate-controlled units maintain a consistent storage environment between 60 and 80 degrees in order to protect items that may be damaged by extreme temperatures.

  • What type of storage unit do I need?

    Many factors determine your best storage solution. Do you want the convenience of a ground-floor unit? Do your belongings need climate control? What about vehicle storage? 

  • How long of a lease am I required to sign?

    Storage units at Heritage Self Storage are rented on a month-to-month basis. Your rental with us can be long-term or short-term depending on your needs.

  • Do I need my own lock?

    You will need your own at all Heritage Self Storage facilities, which you can purchase at the facility. We recommend purchasing a disk or cylinder lock to ensure the highest level of security.

  • What security measures are used to protect my stuff?

    Heritage Self Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gates with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, personal locks available for purchase, and more. These features vary by location so contact the facility manager for details about a specific location.

  • Are moving cars or dollies provided?

    All Heritage Self Storage facilities that offer indoor storage units with access through a hallway have push carts that may be used free of charge. If you need a push cart to transport your belongings, please let the facility manager know, and they will be happy to assist you.

  • What are facility access hours?

    Our storage facilities have access hours between 6am and 9pm every day with office hours between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
